Update Your Gallery

Preview how new photos will look before uploading. Both galleries hold up to 12 photos — empty slots are automatically hidden on the live site.

How to add or replace a photo (3 steps)

  1. Rename your photo to the slot filename shown below — e.g. car-07.jpg to add a 7th car photo, or car-01.jpg to replace the first one.
  2. Resize it to the right dimensions: cars = 800×1000 px (portrait), nature = 1000×800 px (landscape).
  3. Upload to Netlify — drag the renamed file into the correct folder (cars/ or photos/) on your next deploy. The site updates automatically.

Deploying to Netlify

How to push your photo changes live.

Step-by-step

  1. Log in at netlify.com and open your site dashboard.
  2. Go to Deploys and click Deploy manually (drag-and-drop zone).
  3. Drag your entire nate-nelson-site folder into the drop zone — or at minimum the updated cars/ or photos/ folder plus index.html.
  4. Netlify rebuilds in ~30 seconds. Refresh the live site to confirm.
To change the password, open admin.html and update the ADMIN_PASSWORD constant near the top of the script.
